बुद्धिर बलम यशो धैर्यम् निर्भयत्वम् अरोगताम

अजाड्यम् वाक पटुत्वम च हनुमत स्मरणात भवेत॥



ये श्लोक बल बुद्धि ज्ञान साहस और स्वस्फूर्ति के साकार स्वरूप हनुमान जी की स्तुति, गुणगान करने के लिए है और

इसका जाप व्यक्तित्व और चरित्र निर्माण के लिये अति आवश्यक है। वायु मुद्रा में इसका जाप निश्चित रूप से अधिक लाभकारी होता है। वायु मुद्रा में दोनों हाथों की तर्जनी उंगलियों के सबसे ऊपर वाले भाग को अंगूठे के सबसे निचले भाग पर ऐसे रखें कि अंगूठे के सबसे निचले भाग का दबाव तर्जनी उंगलियों के सबसे ऊपर वाले भाग पर पड़े । बाकी बची सब उंगलियों को एकदम सीधा रखें वायु मुद्रा शरीर में वायु के प्रवाह को संतुलित रखती है और एकाग्रता तथा स्थिरता के लिए लाभदायक है।

This famous Hanuman shloka is in praise of the lord who is an embodiment of Knowledge, Strength, Smartness, Courage and Self Motivation. Thus the chanting of this Mantra is essential for the holistic personality and character development. It is most beneficial to form the Vayu Mudra during chanting this powerful Mantra. The Vayu mudra is formed by placing the tip of the index finger inside the base of the thumb. The base of the thumb is then gently pressed into the tip of the finger. The rest of the fingers should all remain straight, and it should be done with both hands simultaneously. This Mudra is highly beneficial for concentration and focus as it regulates the air element in the body.
